Today I became an official citizen of Freiburg so that's pretty exciting.
Last night we had to take our language placement test which was impossibly hard, and then had a reception in this old dungeon place with pretzels (sliced down the middle, with butter) and various beverages.
Today our German intensive language class began and it was pretty chill. I also signed up to go to Basel in a few weeks, and attend a soccer game on Sunday!
I've met a ton of people, everyone is really nice, but I am terrible with names.
Spring is almost here in Freiburg, it is much warmer than in Boston and there is no snow! (Thank God)

Oh and I just spent 15 Euros on a towel that is an inch too short all around. Awkward.
